Dr. Md. Abu Bakar Siddiq Faysal completed his SSC from Cumilla Zila School and his HSC from Notre Dame College, Dhaka. He completed his MBBS (Batch 2005) from Sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka — one of Bangladesh's oldest and most prestigious medical institutions. He subsequently completed his FCPS in Surgery, the highest surgical qualification in the country.

He is currently serving patients at Cumilla Medical College Hospital — Burn, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department, as a General, Laparoscopic, Colorectal, Breast, Burn and Plastic Surgery Specialist. He is also serving patients at Gomoti Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd. — one of the most renowned private hospitals in Cumilla. His expertise in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery provides faster recovery and less pain for his patients.
